  STAY AWAY! I'm writing the review in the room right now after having to take a cold shower. There was NO HOT WATER in the shower because the faucet was broken long ago apparently. Considering the room is more than 400 CAD per night, I can not give anything more than one star. Even the camping ground has hot showers.

  Waterton is a national park; more similar to Jasper than it is to Banff. Chain retailers, restaurants and hotels don't exist, and commercial development is tightly controlled to maintain the very thing you've come to experience, NATURE. The summer of 2017 fire altered the look to parts of Waterton Park, but the townsite and the abundance of deer roaming around remain the same! SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES AND OUR NATIONAL PARKS

  The Glacier Suites just built a beautiful addition that is home to a chic check-in area and a licensed cosy/intimate restaurant that opened October 2017 (Red Rock). The food is AMAZING and the portions are HEARTY. They are open at select hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The prime-rib-burger is a standout feature item that won't leave you disappointed. It sits about a foot-high and consists of a perfectly seasoned burger, incredible onion rings, a lightly grilled bun and fresh condiments. A recommended lighter option is pairing the goat cheese flatbread with a bottle of Anciano. Mmm

  The suites are spacious yet cosy (separate livingroom and bedroom). A fireplace in each area, airconditioner, pedestal fan, a tub jacuzzi, a small balcony and mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker.

  Whether you are traveling as a couple, in a group, or alone, the staff are incredibly skilled at making you feel comfortable so you can enjoy your stay.

  Big room, nice little patio and a living area. No breakfast. One of the few places with air conditioning, although the air conditioning is a bit noisy. Centrally located very close to the restaurants and shops in town, so no need to drive once checked in. Lobby area is under construction for a restaurant.

  Nice hotel and contemporary restaurant. Stayed in the loft room and enjoyed our stay.

  The front desk did nothing after I complained, and suggested it was normal. Again STAY AWAY!

  The newly renovated lobby and dining room are very warm and cozy. Nice to sit by the stone fireplace and enjoy the good food.
